Adhyayan Suman is the only son of actor Shekhar Suman and Alka Suman.〔〔
Adhyayan's first film was Kumar Mangat's ''Haal–e–dil''. His second flim ''Raaz – The Mystery Continues'', which was a box office hit was directed by Mohit Suri and produced by Mukesh Bhatt. And his third film ''Jashnn'' was also a Mukesh Bhatt film for which he was critically acclaimed.

The film which is a romantic medical thriller is also based on the premise of anaesthesia awareness.
